  • Security scans graduated from report-only to blocking by severity.
  • SBOM, signing, provenance, and signed release evidence.
  • Capacity reserve policy enforced by inventory/scheduler rules.
  • Ring-based GPU node and node-agent rollout.
  • Blue-green or canary maturity for control-plane services.
  • GitOps drift control and desired-vs-live reconciliation.
  • Agent-native SDLC gates promoted from guidance to enforcement.

Roadmap Shape​

  1. Establish the non-negotiable operating model.
  2. Turn existing scripts and docs into release evidence.
  3. Run current UAT automation in production-like environments.
  4. Add progressive rollout and reserve enforcement.
  5. Graduate report-only controls to blocking gates with exceptions and expiry.
