Normal User Journey

Guide Rule

The end-user path should be navigable by task and outcome, not by backend or provider terminology. If a normal user must understand internal implementation details to finish a task, the guide is still incomplete.

Product Acceptance Rule

The guide is acceptable when a product owner can start from this page and complete the main user/admin workflows without reading raw implementation docs. Provider details can exist in technical sections, but the main path must remain task-oriented.

Remaining Product-Guide Backlog

  • MFA setup, backup, remove, and recovery flow coverage
  • clearer difference between normal user, tenant admin, and platform admin paths
  • less inline prose on UX pages; move explanatory content into guide/help surfaces
  • screenshot-backed coverage for launch, connect, storage, billing, tenant admin, and troubleshooting flows
